คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ จัดกิจกรรม Talk ALLIED ครั้งที่ 3 “กรอบอัตรากำลังและแนวทางการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้นของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน”
วันที่ 11 กันยายน 2569 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรม talk ALLIED ครั้งที่ 3 โดยมี ผศ.ดร.นพดล จำรูญ รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานิสิตและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกรอบอัตรากำลังและแนวทางการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้นของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้จัดเป็นรูปแบบ townhall เปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนทุกคน ได้มามีส่วนร่วมแลกเปลี่ยน ข้อคิดเห็น กับคณะผู้บริหารที่เข้าร่วมด้วย
การแลกเปลี่ยนในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกัน พร้อมทั้งขับเคลื่อนบุคคลากรสายสนับสนุนให้เติบโตในสายงานของตัวเอง ซึ่งจะสอดคล้องไปกับหลักพันธกิจของคณะที่เสริมสร้างศักยภาพบุคลากรและพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences Holds Talk ALLIED #3 on Career Advancement for Support Personnel
On September 11, 2026, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, held the third Talk ALLIED session under the topic “Workforce Planning and Pathways to Higher Positions for Support Personnel
The session featured Assistant Professor Dr.Noppadon Jumroon, Vice Dean for Student Development and Infrastructure, who provided information on workforce planning and pathways to advance to higher positions.
The session was conducted in a town hall format, providing an open platform for all staff to participate in discussions and exchange views with the faculty’s executive team.
The discussion served as an important opportunity to build a shared understanding and support the professional growth of support personnel within their respective career paths. This initiative also aligns with the Faculty’s commitment to strengthening staff capabilities and fostering sustainable organizational development.
