กิจกรรม I&E BOOT CAMP 2026 “Team Building สร้างทีมที่แข็งแกร่ง”

เมื่อวันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้จัดกิจกรรม I&E BOOT CAMP 2026 ครั้งที่ 1 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “ Team Building สร้างทีมที่แข็งแกร่ง” ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตตามอัตลักษณ์นิสิต “ALLIED” ด้าน Innovation & Information Technology และ Entrepreneurial Skills โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.อนวัช มีเคลือบ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำ ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้และจัดกิจกรรม ณ ห้อง AHS 1622 ชั้น 6 อาคารบริหารและบริการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์

โดยกิจกรรม “Team Building สร้างทีมที่แข็งแกร่ง” นี้มุ่งบ่มเพาะทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างเข้มแข็งและมีประสิทธิภาพ ผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้เชิงกลุ่มที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสื่อสารภายในทีม การตัดสินใจร่วมกัน การคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และการสร้างความไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน ซึ่งล้วนเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการทำงานในโลกธุรกิจยุคใหม่ที่เต็มไปด้วยความท้าทาย

นิสิตหลากหลายสาขาวิชาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ ต่างร่วมแรงร่วมใจด้วยความกระตือรือร้น ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และศักยภาพในการทำงานเป็นทีม ทำให้บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความสนุกสนาน ควบคู่ไปกับสาระความรู้และแรงบันดาลใจที่จับต้องได้

คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร มุ่งส่งเสริมกิจกรรมพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตในทุกมิติอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อบ่มเพาะให้นิสิตได้เรียนรู้ เติบโต และก้าวสู่การเป็น “นักวิชาชีพสุขภาพรุ่นใหม่” ที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีภาวะผู้นำ และพร้อมรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในโลกยุคพลิกผันได้อย่างมั่นใจ

I&E BOOT CAMP 2026: “ Team Building Building Strong Teams”

On August 5, 2026, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, held the first session of I&E Boot Camp 2026 under the theme “Team Building Building Strong Teams.” This activity forms part of the life-skills enrichment program aligned with the student identity framework “ALLIED,” focusing on the Innovation & Information Technology and Entrepreneurial Skills dimensions. The Faculty was honored to welcome Dr. Anawat Meekleab, an expert in leadership development, as the guest speaker and facilitator for the session, held at Room AHS 1622, 6th Floor, Administration and Service Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.

The “Team Building Building Strong Teams” activity aimed to cultivate strong and effective teamwork skills through interactive, hands-on group learning processes. Participants engaged in activities focused on team communication, collective decision-making, strategic thinking, and building mutual trust all of which serve as essential foundations for working in today’s challenging and fast-evolving business world.

Students from a wide range of disciplines took part in the program with enthusiasm, creativity, and strong collaborative spirit, creating an atmosphere that was both enjoyable and rich with meaningful learning and inspiration.

The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, remains committed to continuously promoting life-skills development activities across every dimension, nurturing students to learn, grow, and confidently step forward as “New-generation health professionals” creative, equipped with leadership qualities, and ready to navigate change in an era of constant disruption.
