Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University Welcomes a Study Visit from the School of Renewable Energy and Smart Grid Technology on Workload Analysis Approaches
On 8 June 2026 at 10.00 AM, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prapita Thanarak, Deputy Director for Administrative Affairs, School of Renewable Energy and Smart Grid Technology, Naresuan University, along with faculty staff, for a study visit and knowledge exchange on Workload Analysis at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.
The visit aimed to exchange concepts, approaches, and experiences in personnel workload management, including the design of systems and mechanisms to support workload data collection with the goal of enhancing human resource management efficiency, workforce planning, and the use of data to support informed administrative decision-making.
On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, welcomed the delegation and presented the faculty’s workload management approaches and strategies for utilizing data to support effective organizational administration, followed by a collaborative exchange of experiences and recommendations.
This study visit marks another meaningful opportunity to strengthen intra-university collaboration and promote the sharing of organizational management knowledge contributing to mutual and sustainable development.
