กิจกรรมวิพากษ์กลยุทธ์ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร
เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2569 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรม “AHS Next Move: From Pain to Strategic Action” ณ โรงแรมโมราจ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยมีคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรของคณะเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการบรรยายพิเศษโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ ในหัวข้อ “ทิศทางและกลยุทธ์ของคณะในระยะ 3–4 ปีข้างหน้า” พร้อมวิเคราะห์ภาพรวม SWOT ขององค์กร เพื่อสะท้อนสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โอกาสในการพัฒนา และความท้าทายที่คณะต้องเผชิญในอนาคต
จากนั้น รองคณบดีและผู้ช่วยคณบดีได้นำเสนอแนวคิดและโครงการใหม่ภายใต้แต่ละกลยุทธ์ของคณะ โดยครอบคลุมการวิเคราะห์ Pain Point, Root Cause, Opportunity และ Draft Project Idea เพื่อใช้เป็นจุดตั้งต้นในการระดมความคิดเห็นร่วมกัน
หัวใจสำคัญของกิจกรรม คือการเปิดพื้นที่ให้บุคลากรทั้งสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุน ได้ร่วมกันวิพากษ์ วิเคราะห์ และออกแบบโครงการเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่สามารถดำเนินการได้จริงภายใน 1–2 ปี โดยร่วมกัน วิเคราะห์ Pain Point กำหนด Project Name, Target, Model และ KPI อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ก่อนนำเสนอผลการระดมความคิดเห็นและสังเคราะห์จัดลำดับความสำคัญของโครงการ Quick wins ในภาพรวมของคณะ

AHS Next Move: From Pain to Strategic Action
Strategic Review Activity | Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University
On Friday, 15 May 2026, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, held “AHS Next Move: From Pain to Strategic Action” at Moraj Hotel, Phitsanulok, bringing together faculty executives, instructors, and staff in full force.
The event opened with a keynote address by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, on the topic of “The Faculty’s Strategic Direction for the Next 3–4 Years”, accompanied by a comprehensive SWOT analysis reflecting the current landscape, development opportunities, and future challenges facing the faculty.
Associate Deans and Assistant Deans then presented new project concepts under each faculty strategy, covering Pain Point analysis, Root Cause, Opportunity, and Draft Project Ideas as a foundation for collective brainstorming.
The point of this activity was the creation of an open space for both academic and support staff to critically discuss, analyse, and design strategic projects that can be implemented within 1–2 years defining concrete Project Names, Targets, Models, and KPIs before presenting and synthesizing results to prioritize Quick Wins at the faculty level.
The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences extends its sincere gratitude to all staff who participated and collectively worked to “turn Pain Points into Strategic Action” driving the organization toward its goals with clarity, tangibility, and long-term sustainability.
