First Meet-Up: Kaew Chao Chom Research Seedling Program

On April 3, 2026, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized the “Kaew Chao Chom Research Seedling Program” as part of its initiative to promote research and innovation development under the faculty’s strategic research drive. The event was held at Room AHS1309, 3rd Floor, Administration and Service Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.

This program provides undergraduate students with the opportunity to learn and grow as young researchers. Participants will develop research and innovation skills through hands-on experience, guided by faculty researchers as mentors. In addition to research training, students will also have the opportunity to visit research units and laboratories both within the university throughout the program period.
The first-day session began with an overview of the program delivered by Assistant Professor Pornthanate Seenak, Assistant Dean for Research Commercialization and Knowledge Transfer. This was followed by a welcome address to participating students and faculty mentors. A special lecture titled “From SJR to Ph.D.” was delivered by Dr. Nitchawat Paiyabhroma, Associate Dean for Student Identity Development and Strategic Communication. At the end of the session, participants had the opportunity to visit the Central Research Laboratory for an on-site study experience.
