คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มุ่งยกระดับการสื่อสารและการบริการอย่างมืออาชีพ
เมื่อวันที่ 2 เมษายน 2569 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร ภายใต้หัวข้อ “การพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารและการบริการอย่างมืออาชีพสำหรับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน” ณ ร้าน Diff Coffee Roasters จังหวัดพิษณุโลก
คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อ “บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน” ซึ่งถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจของคณะ ทั้งในด้านการบริหารจัดการ การให้บริการ และการสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนและงานวิจัย โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานองค์กรสมัยใหม่ และสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่ผู้รับบริการทุกกลุ่ม
ตลอดการอบรม ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ควบคู่กับการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงใน 3 หัวข้อหลัก ได้แก่
Effective Communication in Workplace — หลักการสื่อสารในองค์กร เทคนิคการพูด การฟัง และการเล่าเรื่อง (Storytelling) อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Service Mind for Supporting Staff — การพัฒนาจิตบริการและความเข้าใจผู้รับบริการในบริบทงานสนับสนุน
Customer Experience Design & Handling Difficult Situations — การออกแบบประสบการณ์การบริการ และการรับมือสถานการณ์ท้าทายผ่านกิจกรรม Role Play
ในการนี้ คณะฯ ขอขอบคุณวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้ง 3 ท่าน ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กิตติมา ชาญวิชัย และรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พัทธนันท์ เด็ดแก้ว จากภาควิชานิเทศศาสตร์ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์และการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร และคุณจุฬาลักษณ์ ทะนันไชย ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสนับสนุนทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลพิษณุเวช จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ที่ได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์อย่างเข้มข้น
คณะสหเวชศาสตร์เชื่อมั่นว่า ความรู้และทักษะที่ได้รับจากการอบรมในครั้งนี้ จะสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานจริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการทั้งต่อนิสิต คณาจารย์ และผู้มาติดต่อ ให้ได้รับบริการที่มีคุณภาพ รวดเร็ว และประทับใจ สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะในการเป็นองค์กรที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นเลิศทั้งด้านวิชาการและการบริการอย่างยั่งยืน

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University Enhances Capacity of Support Staff through Professional Communication and Service Training
On April 2, 2026, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized a staff development program entitled “Professional Communication and Service Skills Development for Support Staff” at Diff Coffee Roasters, Phitsanulok. The training was attended by more than 40 support staff members of the Faculty.
The Faculty places strong emphasis on the vital role of support staff as a key driving force behind its core missions, including administration, service delivery, and support for teaching and research. Continuous professional development is therefore prioritized to enhance work performance, align with modern organizational standards, and deliver high-quality service experiences to all stakeholders.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in both conceptual learning and hands-on practice across three
key areas:
Effective Communication in the Workplace — principles of organizational communication, speaking and listening techniques, and storytelling
Service Mind for Supporting Staff — fostering a service-oriented mindset and understanding client needs
Customer Experience Design & Handling Difficult Situations — designing service experiences and managing challenging situations through role-play activities
The Faculty would like to express its sincere appreciation to the distinguished speakers: Associate Professor Dr. Kittima Chanvichai and Associate Professor Dr. Pattanun Dedkaew from the Department of Communication Arts, Faculty of Business, Economics and Communications, Naresuan University, and Ms. Julalak Thananchai, Medical Support Manager at Phitsanuvej Hospital, Phitsanulok, for their valuable knowledge and practical insights.
The Faculty believes that the knowledge and skills gained from this program will be effectively applied in daily practice, contributing to enhanced service quality for students, academic staff, and all visitors. This initiative reflects the Faculty’s commitment to excellence in both academic and service domains, in alignment with its vision for sustainable organizational development.
