คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรม“ผู้บริหารพบประชาคม” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569
สื่อสารทิศทางองค์กร เปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น สู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
เมื่อวันที่ 16 มกราคม 2569 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้จัดกิจกรรม “ผู้บริหารพบประชาคม ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569” ณ ห้อง 3405 ชั้น 4 อาคารปฏิบัติการ โดยมีบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประมาณ 100 คน กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อสื่อสารทิศทางการดำเนินงานของคณะ เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันภายในองค์กร และเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคณะอย่างเป็นระบบ
ในโอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ ได้ให้เกียรตินำเสนอภาพรวมทิศทางการบริหารและกลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานของคณะทั้ง 6 กลยุทธ์ พร้อมชี้แจงข้อมูลสำคัญด้านการบริหารจัดการบุคลากร และเน้นย้ำบทบาทของบุคลากรทั้งสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนในการร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจและเป้าหมายของคณะให้บรรลุผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ภายหลังการนำเสนอของคณบดี รองคณบดีทั้ง 4 ท่าน และผู้ช่วยคณบดีทั้ง 3 ท่าน ได้ร่วมกันให้รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์และแผนการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้าน รวมถึงรายงานผลการดำเนินงานที่ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้วในช่วงไตรมาสแรกของปีงบประมาณ พร้อมนำเสนอแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนงานในระยะต่อไป เพื่อให้บุคลากรได้รับทราบข้อมูลอย่างรอบด้าน
ช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรมเป็นการเปิดเวทีให้บุคลากรร่วมซักถาม แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และเสนอแนวคิดในการพัฒนาคณะอย่างสร้างสรรค์ สะท้อนบรรยากาศของการสื่อสารสองทางและการมีส่วนร่วมภายในองค์กร
กิจกรรม “ผู้บริหารพบประชาคม” ในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ในการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกภาคส่วน เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกัน และสร้างพลังความร่วมมือในการขับเคลื่อนคณะไปสู่การพัฒนาอย่างเข้มแข็ง มั่นคง และยั่งยืนในอนาคต

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University Holds the “Executive Meets the Community” Activity for Fiscal Year 2026
Communicating Organizational Direction and Opening a Forum for Dialogue Toward Sustainable Development
On January 16, 2026, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized the “Executive Meets the Community” activity for Fiscal Year 2026 at Room 3405, 4th Floor, the Operational Building. Approximately 100 academic and support staff members participated in the event. The activity was held to communicate the Faculty’s operational direction, strengthen mutual understanding within the organization, and provide an opportunity for personnel to participate systematically in the Faculty’s development.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, delivered a presentation on the overall management direction and the Faculty’s six strategic frameworks. She also clarified key information related to human resource management and emphasized the vital roles of both academic and support staff in jointly driving the Faculty’s missions and goals toward tangible outcomes.
Following the Dean’s presentation, the four Vice Deans and three Assistant Deans jointly provided detailed explanations of the strategies and operational plans in their respective areas. They also reported on the performance outcomes achieved during the first quarter of the fiscal year and presented approaches for driving future initiatives, ensuring that personnel received comprehensive and well-rounded information.
The final session of the activity opened the floor for questions, exchanges of opinions, and the sharing of constructive ideas for Faculty development. This session reflected an atmosphere of two-way communication and active participation within the organization.
The “Executive Meets the Community” activity clearly reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, to promoting participation from personnel at all levels, strengthening shared understanding, and fostering collaborative energy to drive the Faculty toward strong, stable, and sustainable development in the future.
