กมธ.การอุดมศึกษาฯ สภาผู้แทนราษฎร ลงพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เยี่ยมชม “NU Wellness” เชื่อมการเรียนรู้–วิจัย–นวัตกรรม สู่บริการสุขภาพและเศรษฐกิจสุขภาพ
เมื่อวันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569 คณะกรรมาธิการการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม สภาผู้แทนราษฎร นำโดย นางฐิติมา ฉายแสง ประธานคณะกรรมาธิการ ลงพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เพื่อศึกษาดูงานการขับเคลื่อน Health and Wellness Ecosystem เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาพื้นที่ด้วยวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม
ในโอกาสนี้ คณะกรรมาธิการฯ ได้เยี่ยมชมการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ ณ อาคารธาราบำบัด คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ NU Wellness ที่เชื่อมโยงพันธกิจด้าน การศึกษา การวิจัยและนวัตกรรม และการบริการสุขภาพ เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้และศักยภาพทางวิชาการไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการดูแลสุขภาพของชาวมหาวิทยาลัย ชุมชน และประชาชนในจังหวัดพิษณุโลกและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง
จากการฟื้นฟู สู่การส่งเสริมสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี
คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ให้บริการ กายภาพบำบัด Fitness Center รวมถึง Aquatic Exercise & Hydrotherapy โดยบุคลากรวิชาชีพและอาจารย์ผู้มีประสบการณ์ พร้อมเครื่องมือและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เหมาะสม ครอบคลุมทั้งการตรวจประเมิน การฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ การออกกำลังกาย และการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ
โดยเฉพาะ การออกกำลังกายและการฟื้นฟูในน้ำ ที่สามารถประยุกต์ให้เหมาะกับผู้รับบริการตั้งแต่เด็ก วัยทำงาน ผู้ที่ต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ ไปจนถึงผู้สูงอายุ สะท้อนแนวคิด Health & Wellness Across the Lifespan
บริการธาราบำบัดของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์นับเป็นจุดเด่นด้านบริการสุขภาพ และเป็น แห่งเดียวในภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ช่วยเสริมศักยภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยในการพัฒนาบริการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การออกกำลังกาย และการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพให้ตอบโจทย์ประชาชนในพื้นที่
การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของคณะในการนำ องค์ความรู้ บุคลากรวิชาชีพ โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และเทคโนโลยี มาบูรณาการ เพื่อเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้จาก “ห้องเรียนและงานวิจัย” สู่ “บริการสุขภาพที่ประชาชนเข้าถึงและใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง” พร้อมต่อยอดสู่การขับเคลื่อน Wellness Economy ของจังหวัดพิษณุโลกและภูมิภาค
คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร พร้อมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ NU Wellness เชื่อมโยง “การศึกษา–วิจัย–นวัตกรรม–บริการสุขภาพ” สู่สุขภาวะและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของประชาชนในทุกช่วงวัย สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะ

Parliamentary Committee Visits Naresuan University to Explore “NU Wellness” — Connecting Education, Research and Innovation with Health Services and the Wellness Economy
On 25 September 2026, the House of Representatives Committee on Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, led by Ms. Thitima Chaisang, Chairperson of the Committee, visited Naresuan University to explore the University’s Health and Wellness Ecosystem, which aims to enhance quality of life and support area-based development through science, research, and innovation.
As part of the visit, the delegation toured the Hydrotherapy Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, a key component of NU Wellness that integrates education, research and innovation, and healthcare services, translating academic knowledge and professional expertise into practical health services for the University community and people in Phitsanulok and neighboring provinces.
From Rehabilitation to Health Promotion and Better Quality of Life
The Faculty provides physical therapy, fitness, aquatic exercise, and hydrotherapy services, supported by healthcare professionals, experienced faculty members, and appropriate facilities. These services cover physical assessment, rehabilitation, exercise, and health promotion.
A distinctive strength is Aquatic Exercise & Hydrotherapy, which can be adapted to people of different ages and physical abilities — from children and working-age adults to individuals requiring rehabilitation and older adults — reflecting the concept of Health & Wellness Across the Lifespan.
The Faculty’s Hydrotherapy Center is a distinctive health service and the only facility of its kind in Thailand’s Lower Northern Region, strengthening the University’s capacity in health promotion, exercise, and physical rehabilitation.
The visit highlighted the Faculty’s role in integrating health sciences knowledge, professional expertise, infrastructure, and technology to translate knowledge “from classrooms and research into accessible health services that create tangible benefits for society,” while contributing to the development of the Wellness Economy in Phitsanulok and the region.
