คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำนิสิต ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ระหว่างวันที่ 6–7 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ห้อง AHS 3405 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการเป็นผู้นำให้แก่นิสิตสโมสรนิสิต ทั้งคณะกรรมการสโมสรนิสิตชุดเดิม ปีการศึกษา 2568 และคณะกรรมการสโมสรนิสิตชุดใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2569
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นการสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำงาน ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ แนวคิดการดำเนินกิจกรรมนิสิต ตลอดจนการสะท้อนบทเรียนจากการทำงานของรุ่นพี่สู่รุ่นน้อง เพื่อส่งต่อประสบการณ์และสร้างความต่อเนื่องในการดำเนินงานขององค์กรนิสิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ในกิจกรรมได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณอนวัช มีเคลือบ หัวหน้างานศิษย์เก่า กองกิจการนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรและแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำนิสิต การทำงานกิจกรรมนิสิต และการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมขององค์กรนิสิต ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพและการเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้นำนิสิตรุ่นใหม่ในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของคณะต่อไป
คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิตในทุกมิติ โดยเฉพาะการสร้าง “ผู้นำนิสิต” ที่มีทักษะแห่งอนาคต (Smart Skills) มีภาวะผู้นำ ความรับผิดชอบ การทำงานเป็นทีม และความพร้อมในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์เพื่อสังคม อันสอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ ALLIED ของคณะ ที่มุ่งพัฒนานิสิตให้พร้อมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกอนาคต
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จึงไม่เพียงเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการดำเนินงานสโมสรนิสิตในปีการศึกษาใหม่เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายผู้นำนิสิตรุ่นใหม่ ที่พร้อมเรียนรู้ เติบโต และร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ไปสู่อนาคตอย่างยั่งยืน
คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ขอขอบคุณนิสิตทุกคนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ตลอดทั้งโครงการ ความร่วมมือ พลังความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และความมุ่งมั่นของผู้นำนิสิตทุกคน ถือเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมและสร้างสรรค์สังคมการเรียนรู้ของคณะให้เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าประสบการณ์และบทเรียนที่ได้รับจากกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ จะเป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดเริ่มต้นสำคัญของการพัฒนาผู้นำนิสิตรุ่นใหม่ ที่พร้อมเรียนรู้ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ และพร้อมสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ดีร่วมกันต่อไป

Student Leadership Development Activity | 2026 Academic Year
Naresuan University Allied Health Sciences Faculty
On 6–7 June 2026, Naresuan University’s Faculty of Allied Health Sciences held the Student Leadership Development Activity for Academic Year 2026 at Room AHS 3405 to prepare and strengthen student union members, including the outgoing 2025 and incoming 2026 committees.
Through job experiences, knowledge transfer, student activity management methodologies, and feedback from senior to junior students, the activity built a shared learning environment to ensure student organization continuity.
Mr. Anawat Meekhlueab, Head of Alumni Affairs, Division of Student Affairs, Naresuan University, was a guest speaker and shared valuable insights on student leadership development, student activity management, and organizational participation, which helped prepare the next generation of student leaders.
In line with the faculty’s ALLIED identity, which prepares students for a rapidly changing world, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences emphasizes student development across all dimensions, particularly in building student leaders with Smart Skills, leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to drive creative and socially impactful activities.
This program prepared for the new academic year’s student union operations and built a network of new student leaders ready to learn, grow, and lead the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences to a sustainable future.
We thank all students who participated and helped in the program from the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. Every student leader’s collaboration, creativity, and passion fuel the faculty’s lively learning community. We believe this activity will inspire a new generation of student leaders to learn boldly, think creatively, act fearlessly, and collaborate to make positive change.
