คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ จัดเวิร์กชอป “วิพากษ์อัตลักษณ์นิสิต ALLIED” — เสริมสร้างทิศทางการพัฒนานิสิตสู่โลกการทำงาน
เมื่อวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2568 ณ ห้องประชุม 3 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดเวิร์กชอป “วิพากษ์อัตลักษณ์นิสิต ALLIED” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้แก่
นพ. วีรพล ราชคำ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลพิษณุเวช
ผศ. ดร. วรชาติ เฉิดชมจันทร์ คณบดีคณะกายภาพบำบัดและเวชศาสตร์การกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต
ดร. อนวัช มีเคลือบ นักวิชาการศึกษา กองกิจการนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร
เข้าร่วมพิจารณาและให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการกำหนด “นิยาม” และ “ทักษะที่คาดหวัง” ตามอัตลักษณ์นิสิต ALLIED ซึ่งประกอบด้วย Active Learning, Lifelong Learning, Leadership, Innovation & IT, Entrepreneurial Skills และ Disruptive Era Readiness
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้คณบดี รองคณบดี และผู้ช่วยคณบดีทุกท่าน ได้เข้าร่วมให้รายละเอียดของวิสัยทัศน์ อัตลักษณ์นิสิตของคณะ และนำเสนอการยกร่างรูปแบบกิจกรรมใหม่ที่จะเสริมสร้างอัตลักษณ์นิสิตแต่ละตัว
การได้รับฟังมุมมองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้งจากภาคการศึกษาและภาคเอกชน เป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่ช่วยสะท้อนความต้องการจริงของตลาดแรงงาน และนำไปสู่การกำหนดนิยามและออกแบบกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทสหเวชศาสตร์
ผลจากการจัดเวิร์กชอป ครั้งนี้ ทำให้คณะสามารถวางรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่จะสร้าง “ประสบการณ์จริง” แก่นิสิต เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานในอนาคตให้สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ ALLIED
คณะจะนำบทสรุปจากเวิร์กชอปไปใช้ปรับปรุงและออกแบบกิจกรรม สนับสนุนการพัฒนานิสิต ภายใต้อัตลักษณ์ ALLIED อย่างเป็นระบบต่อไป

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences Hosts Workshop on “Critiquing the ALLIED Student Identity” — Strengthening Development Pathways Toward the Future Workforce
On December 4, 2025, at Meeting Room 3, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, held a workshop titled “Critiquing the ALLIED Student Identity.” The event was honored by the participation of three distinguished experts:
Dr. Veerapol Ratchakham, Director of Pitsanuvej Hospital
Asst. Prof. Dr. Worachat Churdchomjan, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy and Sport Medicine, Rangsit University
Dr. Anawat Meekleub, Academic Officer, Division of Student Affairs, Naresuan University
These experts joined in reviewing and providing recommendations on defining the “identity” and “expected competencies” aligned with the ALLIED identity, which consists of Active Learning, Lifelong Learning, Leadership, Innovation & IT, Entrepreneurial Skills, and Disruptive Era Readiness.
During the workshop, the Dean, Associate Deans, and Assistant Deans participated by outlining the faculty’s vision, student identity framework, and presenting drafts of new activity models designed to strengthen each component of the ALLIED identity.
Insightful perspectives from experts in both academia and the private sector offered valuable reflections on real workforce needs. This input helps shape more relevant definitions and activity designs that align with the context of Allied Health Sciences.
The outcomes of this workshop enable the faculty to establish activity models that provide authentic learning experiences for students, helping them cultivate essential future-ready skills in accordance with the ALLIED identity.
The faculty will utilize the workshop’s conclusions to further refine and design systematic activities that support student development under the ALLIED identity.
