จัดกิจกรรม “ผู้บริหารพบหน่วยงานย่อย บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน”
เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่แห่งการสื่อสารสองทางระหว่างทีมผู้บริหารและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรับฟังปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะ และความคิดเห็นจากการปฏิบัติงานจริง ซึ่งจะเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญในการพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารจัดการของคณะ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบโจทย์การทำงานของทุกภาคส่วนมากยิ่งขึ้น
ทีมผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญกับ “การรับฟังและการมีส่วนร่วม” ซึ่งถือเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญของการบริหารองค์กรในยุคใหม่ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนไปสู่การบรรลุวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะ “พัฒนาคนด้านสหเวชศาสตร์ด้วยทักษะก้าวหน้า และนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมสูงวัยอย่างยั่งยืน”

The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University
organized the activity “Executives Meet with Supporting Staffs”
The event aimed to create a platform for two-way communication
between the faculty executives and supporting staff — to listen to real work experiences, concerns, and constructive suggestions. These insights will serve as valuable input for improving the faculty’s management processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring alignment with the needs of all departments.
The executive team emphasizes the importance of “listening and participation”
recognizing them as the foundations of modern organizational management.
This approach reflects the faculty’s vision:
“To cultivate allied health professionals with smart skills and drive innovations for the silver society toward a sustainable future.”
