ทีมบริหารพบหัวหน้างาน ชี้แจงทิศทางการทำงานปีที่ 1 พร้อมขับเคลื่อนแผนงานสำคัญและตัวชี้วัด (KPI)
วันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2568 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรม “ทีมบริหารพบหัวหน้างาน” โดยมีรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ประกอบด้วยรองคณบดีทุกฝ่าย ผู้ช่วยคณบดี และหัวหน้างานทั้ง 7 หน่วยของคณะ เพื่อร่วมรับฟังและชี้แจงทิศทางการดำเนินงานในปีที่ 1
การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสื่อสารแผนงานสำคัญและตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ (KPI) ของคณะ ให้ทุกหน่วยงานมีความเข้าใจตรงกัน และสามารถขับเคลื่อนภารกิจไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะ “พัฒนาคนด้านสหเวชศาสตร์ด้วยทักษะก้าวหน้า และนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมสูงวัยอย่างยั่งยืน”
กิจกรรมนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งขององค์กร ผ่านการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพและการทำงานเป็นทีม เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาบุคลากรสหเวชศาสตร์ให้มีคุณภาพ และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของสังคมอย่างแท้จริง

Management Team Meets with Unit Heads to Outline Year 1 Direction and Drive Key Plans and KPIs
On October 3, 2025, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized the “Management Team Meets Unit Heads” meeting. The session was led by Associate Professor Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, together with the management team comprising all Vice Deans, Assistant Deans, and the heads of seven units, to jointly communicate and clarify the strategic direction for Year 1.
The meeting aimed to communicate the faculty’s key action plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring a shared understanding across all units and fostering a unified drive toward achieving the faculty’s vision: “To cultivate allied health professionals with smart skills and drive innovations for the silver society toward a sustainable future.”
This event reflects the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences’ strong commitment to organizational development through effective communication and teamwork, working collectively to produce high-quality allied health professionals who respond to the evolving needs of society.
