คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมผู้บริหารพบประชาคม ประจำปี 2568 เพื่อสรุปผลการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมาและสื่อสารทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์กรในอนาคต

เมื่อวันที่ 19 กันยายน 2568 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้จัดกิจกรรม “ผู้บริหารพบประชาคม ประจำปี 2568” ณ ห้อง 3404 ชั้น 4 อาคารบริหารและบริการ โดยมีบุคลากรของคณะเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีในการสื่อสารทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์กร สรุปผลการดำเนินงานในรอบปีที่ผ่านมา และเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาคมได้ร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นและให้ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาคณะต่อไป
กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์การบริหารคณะในวาระปี 2565-2568 โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ โดยได้สรุปภาพรวมความสำเร็จและผลลัพธ์ของตัวชี้วัดเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่สำคัญตลอดระยะเวลา 4 ปีของการบริหารงาน ตามด้วยการนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานแต่ละกลยุทธ์จากรองคณบดีและผู้ช่วยคณบดี พร้อมทั้งข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาคณะในอนาคต
ในช่วงท้ายกิจกรรม คณบดีได้นำเสนอนโยบายและทิศทางการบริหารคณะในช่วงปีบริหาร 2569-2572 ซึ่งเป็นแผนงานที่ได้นำเสนอต่อสภามหาวิทยาลัย ตลอดกิจกรรม บรรยากาศเป็นไปด้วยความเป็นกันเอง เปิดกว้าง และสร้างสรรค์ โดยได้มีการเปิดโอกาสให้คณาจารย์และบุคลากรได้ซักถามและแสดงข้อคิดเห็น ซึ่งผู้บริหารได้ร่วมตอบข้อซักถามและรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะต่างๆ เพื่อนำไปเป็นข้อมูลในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของคณะต่อไป
คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ขอขอบคุณคณาจารย์ บุคลากร และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกท่าน ที่ได้ร่วมแรงร่วมใจและให้การสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของคณะฯ ด้วยดีตลอดระยะเวลาการบริหารที่ผ่านมา และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้รับความร่วมมือที่ดีต่อไปในอนาคต

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, Holds 2025 Annual Executive-Community Meeting to Summarize Past Performance and Communicate Future Direction
On September 19, 2025, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University held its “2025 Annual Executive-Community Meeting” in Room 3404, on the 4th floor of the Administration and Service Building, with faculty personnel in full attendance. The event aimed to serve as a platform for communicating the organization’s development direction, summarizing the operational performance of the past year, and providing an opportunity for the community to share opinions and suggestions for the faculty’s future development.
The event began with a presentation on the operational results of the 2022-2025 faculty management strategic plan, delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. He summarized the overall success and key strategic indicator outcomes achieved during the four-year administrative term. This was followed by presentations on the performance of each strategic area by the vice deans and assistant deans, who also offered valuable recommendations for the faculty’s future enhancement.
In the final session, the Dean presented the policy and administrative direction for the upcoming 2026-2029 term, a plan that has been proposed to the University Council. Throughout the event, the atmosphere was friendly, open, and constructive. Faculty members and staff were given the opportunity to ask questions and express their views, with the executive team responding to inquiries and listening to all suggestions, which will be used to inform and improve future operations.
The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences would like to express its sincere gratitude to all faculty members, staff, and stakeholders for their collective effort and support of the faculty’s operations throughout the past administrative term. We look forward to your continued cooperation in the future.
