กิจกรรม I&E BOOT CAMP 2025 “Team Building” เสริมสร้างทักษะผู้นำ-ผู้ประกอบการสู่อนาคต

เมื่อวันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2568 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้จัดกิจกรรม I&E BOOT CAMP 2025 ครั้งที่ 1 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Team Building” ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตตามอัตลักษณ์นิสิต “ALLIED” ด้าน Innovation & Information Technology และ Entrepreneurial Skills โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.อนวัช มีเคลือบ, ดร.นพดล จำรูญ และทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนวัตกรรมและการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำ ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้และจัดกิจกรรม ณ ห้องประชุม 1 ชั้น 2 อาคารบริหารและบริการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์

กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ การสร้างทีมที่เข้มแข็งและมีประสิทธิภาพ ผ่านกระบวนการกิจกรรมกลุ่มอย่างมีส่วนร่วม อาทิ การสื่อสารในทีม การตัดสินใจร่วมกัน การคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และการพัฒนาความไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน ซึ่งล้วนเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญสำหรับการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมจริงของผู้ประกอบการยุคใหม่

กิจกรรม I&E BOOT CAMP ได้รับการตอบรับอย่างอบอุ่นจากนิสิตหลากหลายสาขาวิชา ที่ต่างแสดงให้เห็นถึงความกระตือรือร้น ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และศักยภาพในการทำงานร่วมกัน ทำให้บรรยากาศเป็นไปอย่างสนุกสนาน แฝงไปด้วยสาระและแรงบันดาลใจ

คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ยังคงเดินหน้าในการส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตในมิติต่าง ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้นิสิตได้เรียนรู้ เติบโต และพร้อมก้าวสู่การเป็น “นักวิชาชีพสุขภาพรุ่นใหม่” ที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เป็นผู้นำ และพร้อมรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในโลกยุคพลิกผันอย่างมั่นใจ

I&E BOOT CAMP 2025 “Team Building” – Fostering Leadership and Entrepreneurial Skills for the Future

On July 14, 2025, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized the first session of I&E BOOT CAMP 2025 under the theme “Team Building.” This initiative is part of the ALLIED student identity development program, focusing on Innovation & Information Technology and Entrepreneurial Skills. The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Anawat Meekleub, Dr. Noppadon Jumroon, and their expert team in innovation and leadership development, who served as guest speakers and facilitators. The session was held at Meeting Room 1, 2nd Floor, Administration and Service Building, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.

This activity aimed to cultivate skills in effective and cohesive team building through engaging and collaborative group activities such as team communication, joint decision-making, strategic thinking, and trust-building—all of which are essential foundations for working in real-world, innovation-driven environments.

The I&E BOOT CAMP received enthusiastic participation from students across various disciplines, who demonstrated eagerness, creativity, and collaborative spirit, making the event both dynamic and inspiring.

The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences remains committed to continuously organizing life skill development programs across multiple dimensions, empowering students to learn, grow, and thrive as “next-generation health professionals”—creative, visionary, and equipped to navigate the ever-evolving world with confidence.
