กิจกรรมปรับปรุงสถานที่ทำงานเพื่อความปลอดภัย (5 ส) สำนักงานเลขานุการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์

วันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2568 สำนักงานเลขานุการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมปรับปรุงสถานที่ทำงานเพื่อความปลอดภัย (5 ส) เพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมในที่ทำงานที่ปลอดโปร่ง สะอาดและเอื้อต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในหน่วยงาน
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไชยยงค์ จรเกตุ รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากร เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม พร้อมทั้งกล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการดำเนินกิจกรรม 5 ส หลังจากกล่าวเปิด บุคลากรจากทุกหน่วยงานภายในสำนักงานเลขานุการ ร่วมแรงร่วมใจทำความสะอาด จัดระเบียบ และปรับปรุงพื้นที่การทำงานให้มีความเป็นระเบียบมากยิ่งขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพื้นที่โต๊ะทำงาน ชั้นเอกสาร ห้องเก็บของ รวมถึงจุดบริการต่าง ๆ โดยมีการแยกประเภทสิ่งของที่จำเป็นและไม่จำเป็น และทิ้งของที่ไม่ใช้แล้วอย่างเหมาะสม
บรรยากาศกิจกรรมเป็นไปอย่างอบอุ่นและเต็มไปด้วยพลังความร่วมมือ ซึ่งนอกจากจะช่วยสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับคณะฯ แล้ว ยังเป็นการสร้างจิตสำนึกด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืนอีกด้วย
กิจกรรม 5 ส นี้ เป็นหนึ่งในกลไกสำคัญของการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กรของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ ซึ่งจะมีการจัดอย่างต่อเนื่องและยกระดับให้เป็นวัฒนธรรมการทำงานประจำของคณะฯ ต่อไป

Workplace Improvement Activity for Safety (5S) by the Secretary’s Office, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences
On July 4, 2025, the Secretary’s Office of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized the Workplace Improvement Activity for Safety (5S) to promote a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment that supports staff productivity.
The event was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Chaiyong Jorrakate, Deputy Dean for Administration and Resource Development, who presided over the opening ceremony. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of implementing the 5S approach within the workplace.
Following the opening, staff members from all units within the Secretary’s Office came together to clean, organize, and improve their workspaces—including desks, filing shelves, storage rooms, and service areas. Items were sorted into categories of necessity and unnecessary items were appropriately discarded.
The activity was conducted in a warm and cooperative atmosphere, reflecting strong teamwork. Beyond enhancing the faculty’s image, it also fostered a shared awareness of sustainable organizational development.
This 5S activity represents a key mechanism in improving the organizational management quality of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. It will continue to be held regularly and further developed into a core component of the faculty’s workplace culture.
