ถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยในอาคารสถานที่และห้องปฏิบัติการตามมาตรฐานและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

วันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. สิริมาส เฮงรัศมี รองประธานกรรมการความปลอดภัยด้านสารเคมี คณะกรรมการด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และคณะกรรมการควบคุมความปลอดภัยทางชีวภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้ให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยในอาคารสถานที่และห้องปฏิบัติการตามมาตรฐานและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ในการบรรยายครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ประธานและเลขานุการคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัยทั้ง 3 ด้าน ของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์เข้าร่วม ได้แก่ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านสารเคมี และด้านชีวภาพ

รศ.ดร. สิริมาส ได้อธิบายถึงบทบาทของ พระราชบัญญัติ กฎกระทรวงเกี่ยวกับอาคารขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ และอาคารชุมชุน โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญ คือ แนวทางการตรวจสอบอาคารทั้งเชิงเอกสารและพื้นที่จริง เพื่อการรับรองความปลอดภัยอย่างเป็นระบบ และการวิพากษ์จุดเสี่ยงที่ต้องปรับปรุงเร่งด่วนของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ช่วยเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจทั้งในเชิงกฎหมาย มาตรฐาน และแนวปฏิบัติ

ทีมสหเวชขอบคุณในความอนุเคราะห์ และจะต่อยอดแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเป็นแผนปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน เพื่อสร้างความปลอดภัยอย่างเป็นระบบในอาคารและห้องปฏิบัติการของคณะต่อไป

On June 18, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Sirimas hengrasmee, Vice Chair of the Chemical Safety Committee, as well as a member of the Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Committee at Naresuan University, graciously served as a guest speaker to share her expertise on safety management in buildings and laboratories in accordance with relevant standards and legal regulations.

The session was attended by executives and the chairs and secretaries of the three safety committees of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, namely: facility safety, chemical safety, and biological safety.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirimas explained the roles and implications of the relevant Acts and Ministerial Regulations concerning large-scale and public buildings. The key discussion points included guidelines for both documentation and on-site inspection processes to ensure comprehensive safety certification. Additionally, she offered a critical review of urgent risk areas within the Faculty that need improvement to align with safety standards.

This activity significantly enhanced participants’ understanding of legal requirements, safety standards, and practical implementation.

The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences expresses its sincere gratitude for her valuable contribution and looks forward to developing these safety management insights into a concrete action plan aimed at establishing a systematic and sustainable safety environment within the faculty’s buildings and laboratories.
