กิจกรรมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อขับเคลื่อนงานประกันคุณภาพ และงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม

วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2568 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อขับเคลื่อนงานประกันคุณภาพ และงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ณ 168 Heaven Cafe & Resort โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้คณาจารย์ทราบหลักการและแนวทางในการจัดทำรายงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับหลักสูตร (Self-Assessment Report: SAR) อีกทั้งร่วมให้ข้อเสนอแนะ ประกาศและแนวปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนางานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของคณะให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการกล่าวเปิดโดยรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ โดยได้กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม อีกทั้งกล่าววัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ จากนั้นเป็นการบรรยายเรื่อง “แนวทางการเขียน SAR Criteria 1-4 (Best Practice criteria 1-4)” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ณฐา คุปตัษเฐียร ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ร่วมกับ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุดสรวง ยุทธนา หัวหน้าภาควิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ในด้านการเขียนเอกสาร SAR โดยการบรรยายดังกล่าวเจาะลึกถึงตัวอย่างการเขียน การใช้คำ ทั้งในเชิงคุณภาพ และเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อให้หลักสูตรมีแนวทางการขียนที่ความชัดเจนและเหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน AUN-QA ภายหลังการบรรยาย คณาจารย์ได้แบ่งกลุ่มแต่ละหลักสูตรเพื่อทำกิจกรรม Workshop เพื่อฝึกการจัดทำและเขียน SAR Criteria 1-4 ในเชิงปฏิบัติจริง โดยมีวิทยากรให้คำปรึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ในช่วงสุดท้ายของภาคเช้า มีการชี้แจงการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน AUN-QA Criteria 5-7 โดยท่านคณบดีได้ให้ข้อมูลภาพรวมเกี่ยวกับทรัพยากรและกลไกการสนับสนุนของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ในการเตรียมเอกสาร SAR Criteria 5-7

ช่วงบ่ายของกิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการบรรยายสรุป “ผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานด้านการใช้ประกาศที่เกี่ยวข้องและสนับสนุนการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม” โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. พาชื่น โพทัพ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบัณฑิตศึกษา นำเสนอผลงานและโครงการที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอก รวมถึงสรุปผลลัพธ์เบื้องต้นจากการนำประกาศและนโยบายมาใช้ใน พร้อมด้วยการบรรยายสรุป “การขับเคลื่อนงานวิจัยของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์: แนวทางการดำเนินงาน ผลลัพธ์ ปัญหา และอุปสรรค” โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ พรธเนศ สีนาค ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์การวิจัย ที่กล่าวถึงภาพรวมของแผนยุทธศาสตร์งานวิจัยของคณะ พร้อมสรุปตัวชี้วัดผลสำเร็จที่เกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งการวิเคราะห์อุปสรรคในการทำวิจัย จากนั้นผู้เข้านร่วมกิจกรรมได้แบ่งกลุ่มเพื่อทำ กิจกรรม Workshop เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับนโยบาย/ประกาศสนับสนุนการวิจัยของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ โดยกิจกรรมได้แบ่งผู้เข้าร่วมออกเป็น 4 กลุ่มตามลักษณะงานวิจัย ได้แก่ กลุ่มอาจารย์นักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ (Early-Stage Researchers) กลุ่มวิจัยด้าน Applied Science & Clinic กลุ่มวิจัยด้าน Basic Science และกลุ่มวิจัยด้าน Innovation โดยมี ดร. ยุทธพงษ์ ทองพบ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายพัฒนางานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เป็นวิทยากรหลัก ในการช่วยกระตุ้นให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการสร้างนโยบายภายในคณะ เพื่อส่งเสริมการยื่นขอทุนวิจัยและการนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์จริง ทั้งในแง่การตีพิมพ์และการต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์

คณะหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการจัดสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้จะสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ ให้แก่คณาจารย์ทุกท่าน นำไปสู่การพัฒนางานประกันคุณภาพหลักสูตรและงานวิจัยนวัตกรรมของคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ให้ก้าวสู่มาตรฐานสากลและสร้างประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้เรียนและสังคมต่อไป

Workshop-Seminar on Advancing Quality Assurance and Research & Innovation

On May 30, 2025, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University held a workshop-seminar aimed at driving quality assurance and enhancing research and innovation. The event took place at 168 Heaven Cafe & Resort and was designed to familiarize faculty members with the principles and guidelines for preparing the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) for program-level quality assurance, as well as to gather feedback on relevant announcements and practices to boost the faculty’s research and innovation efforts.

The program opened with remarks by Associate Professor Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, who welcomed all participants and outlined the objectives of the workshop. This was followed by a keynote lecture titled “Guidelines for Writing SAR Criteria 1–4 (Best Practice Criteria 1–4).” The lecture was delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Natha Kuptasthien, Assistant to the President of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Sudsuang Yutdhana, Head of the Department of English, Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University. They shared their expertise on preparing SAR documentation, focusing on examples of effective writing techniques—both qualitative and quantitative—to ensure that each program’s SAR is clear, appropriate, and aligned with AUN-QA standards.

After the lecture, faculty members divided into small groups according to their programs to participate in a hands-on workshop. Under the guidance of the invited speakers, each group practiced drafting SAR Criteria 1–4, exchanging ideas and receiving real-time feedback. At the conclusion of the morning session, Dr. Supavit Suwapheng provided an overview of the resources and support mechanisms available within the faculty to prepare SAR Criteria 5–7, ensuring that participants understood the full scope of AUN-QA requirements.

In the afternoon, Assistant Professor Dr. Pachuen Potup, Vice Dean for Research and Graduate Studies, presented “Outcomes of Implementing Relevant Announcements to Support Research and Innovation.” She reviewed externally funded projects and shared preliminary results from applying new policies and announcements aimed at fostering research activities. This was followed by a presentation from Assistant Professor Porrnthanate Sinak, Assistant Dean for Research Strategy, on “Driving Research at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences: Operational Guidelines, Outcomes, Challenges, and Obstacles.”. He outlined the faculty’s strategic research plan, summarized key performance indicators, and analyzed the barriers encountered in conducting research. Subsequently, participants reconvened in four breakout groups—Early-Stage Researchers, Applied Science & Clinical Research, Basic Science Research, and Innovation—led by Dr.Yutthapong Tongpob, Assistant to the President for Research and Innovation Development at Naresuan University. Each group engaged in a workshop to provide feedback on internal policies and announcements that support research within the faculty. The goal was to generate ideas for policy development that would encourage grant applications and ensure that research outputs are effectively disseminated, whether through publication or commercialization.

The faculty hope that this event will deepen faculty members’ understanding and lead to the enhancement of program-level quality assurance, as well as research and innovation, bringing the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences to international standards and maximizing benefits for learners and society at large.
