กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการกล่าวเปิดงานโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ ซึ่งได้กล่าวแสดงความยินดีกับนิสิตที่ได้รับทุน และเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติในการพัฒนาทักษะและมุมมองเชิงสากลของนิสิต พร้อมทั้งชี้แจงนโยบายการสนับสนุนทุนของคณะ

ต่อมา รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุษา พัดเกตุ รักษาการในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้ร่วมชี้แจงนโยบายและแนวทางการดำเนินงานภายใต้โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนิสิตในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมทั้งเน้นย้ำถึงการสร้างความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยพันธมิตรในต่างประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง

เพื่อให้นิสิตมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมและการใช้ชีวิตในประเทศปลายทางอย่างลึกซึ้ง ดร.ศิรินุช คูเจริญไพบูลย์ รองหัวหน้าภาควิชาภาษาตะวันออก คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ ได้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่น และการปรับตัวในสภาพแวดล้อมใหม่

ขณะเดียวกัน ดร.บริพัฒน์ กัดมั่น อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชารังสีเทคนิค คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ ได้แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ตรงและข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับ Kanazawa University ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในมหาวิทยาลัยพันธมิตรของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยเน้นถึงโอกาสในการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาทางวิชาการที่น่าสนใจ

ในช่วงสุดท้ายของกิจกรรม คุณสุธินี โพธิสุวรรณ นักวิเทศสัมพันธ์ งานส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ กองพัฒนาภาษาและกิจการต่างประเทศ ได้ชี้แจงแนวปฏิบัติตามประกาศมหาวิทยาลัย เรื่องหลักเกณฑ์การสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติ เพื่อให้นิสิตสามารถดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

ในช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรม นิสิตที่ได้รับทุนได้ร่วมกล่าวแสดงความขอบคุณ พร้อมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ ตั้งคำถามในประเด็นต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งได้รับการตอบข้อซักถามจากคณาจารย์และวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างอบอุ่น เป็นกันเอง และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่นิสิตทุกคนที่เข้าร่วม

กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ความเป็นนานาชาติของคณะและมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมส่งเสริมให้นิสิตได้เปิดโลกทัศน์และพัฒนาศักยภาพตนเองบนเวทีสากลอย่างมั่นใจ

Policy Briefing and Guidelines for the International Student Exchange Scholarship Program for the Academic Year 2024

On June 10, 2025, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, organized a policy briefing and orientation session on the guidelines for the international student exchange scholarship program. The event aimed to prepare scholarship recipients and enhance their understanding of the procedures and expectations under the exchange initiative. The activity was held at Meeting Room 4, 2nd Floor, Administration Building, and also broadcast online for broader participation.

The event began with opening remarks from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, who extended his congratulations to the scholarship recipients. He emphasized the importance of international academic exchange in developing global perspectives and essential skills among students. He also outlined the faculty’s support policies for the exchange program.

Following this, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Padgate, Acting Assistant to the President for International Affairs, elaborated on the university-level policies and operational strategies for international student exchanges. She highlighted the continuous efforts in strengthening academic partnerships with overseas institutions.
To provide deeper cultural context and practical guidance for living abroad, Dr. Sirinud Kucharoenphaibul, Deputy Head of the Department of Eastern Languages, Faculty of Humanities, gave an insightful presentation on Japanese culture and how students can effectively adapt to a new environment.
Simultaneously, Dr. Boripat Kadman, a lecturer from the Department of Radiological Technology, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, shared his personal experiences and valuable information about Kanazawa University, one of Naresuan University’s key partner institutions. His session focused on academic opportunities and student life at Kanazawa, offering first-hand insights to future exchange participants.
Toward the end of the session, Ms. Sutinee Phothisuwan, International Relations Officer from the Division of Language Development and International Affairs, explained the university’s official announcement regarding the financial support criteria for internationalization activities. Her guidance ensured that students are well-informed about the processes and requirements for securing funding and complying with institutional procedures.

In the concluding segment, scholarship recipients expressed their gratitude and engaged in an open discussion, asking questions and exchanging thoughts with faculty members and expert speakers. The interactive session fostered a warm and supportive environment that inspired students and enriched their preparation.
