วันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2568 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดโครงการอบรมกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างศักยภาพอาจารย์ด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน หัวข้อ “การเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning และการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21” ณ ห้อง 3405 อาคารปฏิบัติการ ชั้น 4 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยมีคณาจารย์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกคณะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.สุพรรณ ยอดยิ่งยง รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ขจรศักดิ์ บัวระพันธ์ และ ดร.จิรัฐิติกาล พิมพ์วิชัย จากสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยาย

กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการกล่าวเปิดงานและกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จุฑาลักษณ์ กองสุข รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและประกันคุณภาพหลักสูตร ตามด้วยกิจกรรมกลุ่มที่เป็นแนวคิดพื้นฐานของ Active Learning โดยได้สอดแทรกแนวคิดทฤษฎีและตัวอย่างการออกแบบกิจกรรมเชิงรุกที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง พร้อมสอดแทรกกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างอาจารย์และวิทยากร

ตลอดการอบรม อาจารย์ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคการใช้เครื่องมือและสื่อการสอนโดยการใช้กิจกรรม อีกทั้งกลยุทธ์การจัดชั้นเรียนให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนคิดวิเคราะห์เป็นขั้นตอน

On 26 May 2025, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University held a capacity-building workshop for teaching staff entitled “Active Learning and 21st-Century Teaching Practices.” The event took place in Room 3405, 4th Floor, Practical Training Building, and was attended by a large number of both internal and external faculty members.

The workshop featured three distinguished speakers from the Learning Innovation Institute at Mahidol University. The opening remarks and welcome address were delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Jutaluk Kongsuk, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Curriculum Quality Assurance.

Participants then divided into small groups to explore the theoretical foundations of Active Learning. The session combined concise presentations on key concepts with hands-on exercises in designing learner-centered, proactive activities. Interactive discussion periods allowed faculty to share experiences and receive direct feedback from the speakers.

Throughout the day, attendees developed practical techniques for selecting and using instructional tools and media, crafting engaging activities, and applying classroom-management strategies tailored to diverse 21st-century learners. Emphasis was placed on fostering students’ step-by-step analytical thinking and deeper engagement with course content.
