กิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศหัวหน้าภาควิชาและรักษาการหัวหน้าภาควิชา
วันที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2566 คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จัดกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศหัวหน้าภาควิชา ณ ห้องประชุม 3 อาคารบริหารและบริการ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์
กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้หัวหน้าภาควิชาและรักษาการหัวหน้าภาควิชา ได้รับรู้เกี่ยวกับระเบียบ หลักเกณฑ์ และข้อควรทราบเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงาน อีกทั้งรับทราบวิสัยทัศน์ แนวทางในการพัฒนาองค์กร เพื่อให้เข้าใจและมองภาพการบริหารให้ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการกล่าวต้อนรับ จากรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศุภวิทู สุขเพ็ง คณบดีคณะสหเวชศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยทีมบริหาร และการชี้แจงข้อมูลที่สำคัญของแต่ละส่วนงานที่รองคณบดีและผู้ช่วยคณบดีเป็นผู้กำกับดูแล อีกทั้งรับฟังมุมมองและนโยบายการบริหารงานจากหัวหน้าภาควิชา และเปิดโอกาสให้หัวหน้าภาควิชาและรักษาการหัวหน้าภาควิชา ซักถามและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานด้านต่างๆ

Orientation Activity for Heads of Department
On August 10th, 2023, the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at Naresuan University organized an orientation activity for heads of department. The event took place in Conference Room 3, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences Administration and Service Building.
The purpose of this activity was to provide heads of department with an understanding of regulations, criteria, and essential information related to job performance. Additionally, it aimed to convey the organizational vision and development strategies, fostering a shared perspective on management direction. The event commenced with a welcoming speech by Associate Professor Dr. Supawitoo Sookpeng, Dean of the Faculty, along with the administrative team. They provided crucial information about each department under the guidance of the Vice Deans and Assistant Deans who oversee these areas.
Furthermore, insights and management policies were shared by heads of department, allowing opportunities for interactive discussions and the exchange of experiences in various aspects of management.
